Idli Sambar


Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Asafoetida, Rice, Tur Dal, Cinnamon, Curry Leaves Powder, Salt, Cotton Seed Oil.


  • Heat 3 tsp refined oil in a deep pan. Add mustard seeds. 
  • Add 1½ small bowl chopped onion and tomato each and 1 small bowl of bottle guard chopped in medium size. 
  • Add 10-15 curry leaves to it.
  • Add 150 ml of water & boil for 5-7 mins.
  • Add ½ tsp tamarind juice, 6 tbsp of K-Pra Zatpat Sambar Masala.
  • Add 50 gms of cooked tur dal and boil.
  • Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
