Cook 200gm Basmati rice with 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp turmeric powder Heat 2 tbsp oil and butter each Add chopped coriander and 1 finely chopped onion Add 1 tsp garlic, ½ tsp ginger paste and 3-4 tsp KPra Zatpat Tawa Pulav Masala to it Add chopped cauliflower, French beans boiled potatoes and 1 chopped tomato Cook for a while. Add rice and mix well. Serve hot.
View RecipeIn a pan heat 4 tbsp of ghee and add 1 cup of K-Pra Shingada flour and roast till golden brown. Add finely chopped almonds and cashews and roast them. Then add 1 cup of warm milk to it, mix well and let it cook. Then add 3/4th cup sugar and 1/2 tsp. of K-Pra Cardamom powder to it, mix well & let it cook for 5mins. Serve hot.
View RecipeIn a bowl add 2 katori K-pra Rajgeera flour, 1 medium-sized boiled potato, 40 gm of grated Pumpkin, salt, green chilli paste as per your taste, and finely chopped coriander leaves and knead it & make a dough. Divide this kneaded dough into equal parts and roll them in a round shape. Roast them well on a hot griddle (tawa) from both sides while adding ghee and serve hot with K-Pra Groundnut chutney, K-Pra Sweet lemon pickle and some white butter
View RecipeMix 3 finely chopped onions, ½ katori finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 Tbsp curd in K-Pra Thalipeeth Mix Flour, mix some water and make well mixed dough. • Keep the dough aside for ½ an hour. Divide the dough into 7-8 parts. • Roll out each part in round shape on the pan. • Release some oil from all sides & roast till the thalipeeth turns golden brown from both sides and serve hot.
